AI Use Policy

3xRevenue builds AI automation for businesses. This page says plainly how AI is, and is not, used with your data.

This website

This website does not send what you type, post or upload to any AI model. Nothing on the site is generated about you by an AI. The quiz and calculators run on fixed formulas.

Client workflows

The workflows we build for clients (such as call answering or lead follow-up) may call AI model providers to understand or write text. We name the provider for each project on request. Each of them is a subprocessor for that project and appears on the subprocessors page when in use.

We do not use a client's customer data to train our own models, and we do not allow it to be sold or shared for other purposes.

Limits we keep

An AI should not be the only safeguard for anything that can seriously affect a person, so we design workflows with a human review step where the stakes call for it. We tell clients which parts of a workflow are automated so they can tell their own customers. Where the law requires it, for example for automated calls and messages, we build in the required disclosures and opt-outs, and we explain these on our calling compliance guides.

AI makes mistakes. We test workflows before they go live, keep a version history so a bad change can be rolled back, and keep a log of what ran.
