Terms of Service

We sell digital products (workflow blueprints, AI prompts and bundles of them) and we provide services: website, web and mobile app development, design, revenue operations and AI automation. We do not sell marketing, social media or content services. The sections below on projects and plans apply to the services. Free items are free to use under the same licence as paid ones.

When you buy or download a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business and for your own clients' systems that you build. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the product itself, or the paid content inside it, with anyone else.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give us accurate information. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the site or the community.

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something is not right, contact us and we will look at each refund request individually. When a refund is approved, your access to that product ends.

Each project has a written scope that states what we build, what we leave out, the fee, the timeline and the number of revision rounds. The payment schedule is set in that scope, usually a deposit to start and the balance at launch. Changes outside the scope are quoted before we do them.

Dates depend on you too: we need your content, access and feedback on time, and delays on your side move the dates. Once you have paid in full, you own the code and designs we created specifically for you. We keep our rights in our own tools, frameworks and pre-existing materials, and third-party software and fonts stay under their own licences.

For 30 days after launch we fix defects in what we built at no charge. This does not cover new features, changes made by other people, or problems caused by third-party services we do not control.

Monthly plans (care, improvement, retainers and embedded teams) are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Included hours and deliverables do not carry over to the next month unless the plan says so.

We do the work we agree to deliver each month. We do not guarantee leads, rankings or revenue. Where an AI system we build talks to your customers or drafts text for you, a person tests it before launch, and you remain responsible for approving what is published or sent in your name. You confirm that you have the right to give us the content, accounts and data we work with. We choose AI providers that do not train their models on your data, and we tell you which ones we use.

For crypto, blockchain, token and fintech projects we build software only. We do not give legal, tax, regulatory or investment advice, we do not hold or manage your funds, and we do not promise any financial outcome. You are responsible for the licences and compliance that apply to your product in the places you operate.

Figures on this site, including case studies and phrases such as "up to 3x", describe results from specific past work. Your results depend on your business, market and how a system is used, and we cannot promise any particular outcome. Calculators and quizzes give estimates based on the numbers you enter.

You own what you post, and you allow us to display it on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam. We may remove content and restrict accounts to keep the community safe. Reviews can only be left by people who have bought the product.

Affiliates earn commission on sales made through their link. Commission is reversed if the sale is refunded, and you cannot earn commission on your own purchases. We may change or end the program, and may withhold commission for fraud or abuse.

Do not try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the site you are not allowed to use, and do not use automated tools to copy paid content. Protecting our paid content and our users is something we take seriously.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
