How loud can it go?

Up to 600 percent. A limiter sits after the boost so loud parts are held back instead of crackling. Very high boosts still bring up background noise along with the voice.

Can it make my whole phone or computer louder?

No website can change the volume of other apps or tabs. This page boosts files you open in it. Open the quiet file here and play it from this page.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in Safari, Chrome and other current browsers. On iPhone, turn off silent mode, as the ring switch also mutes web audio.

Can I save the louder file?

Yes. Save louder audio writes a WAV file with the boost, bass and voice settings built in. For videos, the sound track is saved as audio.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The sound is processed in your browser with the Web Audio API, so your files never leave your device.
