FOR SERIOUS IMPLEMENTATIONS

How we actually build this.

Not a single feature. A real system, with real architecture, security, and support behind it. Written for anyone evaluating a $5k-plus implementation, not just a $49 template.

Architecture

Every build starts with a real map of your process: where leads enter, what triggers an action, which systems need to talk to each other. The AI component (voice agent, follow-up sequence, or custom logic) sits inside that map, not as a bolt-on, but as the piece that replaces a specific manual step. You get a system designed around your actual funnel, not a generic template with your logo on it.

Security

Access to any system we build is role-based: your team sees what they need to, nothing more. Credentials and API keys are never hardcoded into client-facing code. Where a system touches sensitive data (customer records, payment details), it's handled through the originating platform's own security layer, for example Stripe for payment data, rather than storing it ourselves unnecessarily.

Integrations

Most builds connect to tools you already use, your CRM, calendar, phone system, or spreadsheet, rather than asking you to adopt something new. We work through each platform's official API or webhook system. If a tool doesn't have a clean integration path, we tell you that upfront, before you pay for anything, not after.

Implementation Methodology

Three steps: a free audit to find the specific leak worth fixing, a build phase where the system is tested privately against real scenarios before touching a live customer, and a launch where we monitor the first real runs closely. Typical timeline from audit to live system is one to three weeks, depending on complexity, you get a real timeline before work starts, not a guess.

Ownership

You own your data, always. For workflow logic built on a platform you control (your own n8n instance, your own CRM automations), you own that too. For infrastructure we host on your behalf, you have full visibility into what it does, and we'll hand over access or documentation if you ever want to bring it in-house. Nothing is a black box you're locked out of.

Maintenance

Systems get monitored after launch, not abandoned. If an integration breaks (a CRM changes its API, a calendar sync fails), that's caught and fixed as part of ongoing support, not treated as a new billable project. What's included in ongoing maintenance versus what counts as a new build is agreed upfront, in writing.

Governance

Every AI action in a system we build has a defined scope, what it's allowed to do, and what it's explicitly not allowed to do. For anything consequential (sending a payment request, making a commitment on your behalf), the system either requires a human step or operates within hard limits you set, not open-ended autonomy.

Reliability

We don't control the uptime of third-party platforms we integrate with, but we do build with failure in mind: if a calendar API times out, the system retries or flags it, instead of silently failing. Error logs are tracked, and for client dashboards, you can see real activity, not just a claim that something is 'working.'

Human Escalation

Every voice agent or automated workflow has a defined point where it hands off to a person, an edge case it can't resolve, a question outside its scope, or simply a caller who asks for a human. That handoff path is part of the initial build, not an afterthought bolted on after something goes wrong.

Support

You have a direct line to the person who understands your specific build, not a generic ticket queue. For retainer clients, this is ongoing. For one-time implementations, a defined support window is included, with clear terms on what happens after it ends.
